   I would like to begin by telling you a little bit about our background, who we are, and what we stand for. My name is Eric Varney and I am the owner of the company. I started VARNEY CLEAN CARE INC . in the spring of 1986. We now employ many full-time certified cleaning technicians in addition to our two Production Managers, Office Manager and two assistants. We have offices in both Worland and Powell. As you can see, we are still a small business, and we all prefer to keep it that way. Everyone involved is a big part of the business and we want to keep a tight camaraderie between us. As the owner I am very involved in the day-to-day operation of the business and am always there for anyone that needs my assistance. This is how I prefer that the business would continue to run. Everyone else on the team prefers it this way as well. 

   After all these years in business, we now have over 4,000 of the most awesome clients that we work for on a regular basis, and this number continues to grow on a daily basis. Our number one goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients so that we are the cleaning company of choice in the area. This is the reason we are growing so quickly. The service we provide our clients is the absolute best available. Everyone on our team is committed to this goal and does whatever is necessary to accomplish this on a daily basis.

  The position of Carpet Cleaning Technician for VARNEY CLEAN CARE INC. is a very rewarding experience for the team member, as well as the clients that you come into contact with. No previous carpet cleaning experience is required, but integrity and your ability to work with people is a must. More important than being a carpet cleaning technician, you must be proficient in working with and communicating with the clients that we perform services for. 

  I need good people to train to be future route managers. We usually start at $10.00 per hour if you have the right background...a little less if you have no background at all. You will also earn bonuses. You'll learn by doing, from the bottom up. Most of all, I want to give you the chance to grow with us.

  The following is a list of the skills you will learn during your first 90 days of training in order to be a successful member of our team: You will learn how to effectively communicate with people. You will become a teacher to our clients that they will respect and trust. You will be in the process of learning proper cleaning methods and becoming an expert in the field. This  will also include instruction by IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) and  certification testing that will be paid for by the company. Carpet/Upholstery - The crew chief is primarily responsible for the technical knowledge and the proper performance of the Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning services that Varney Clean Care provides to its customers.  The crew chief is expected to quickly develop technical familiarity with the situations routinely encountered while cleaning carpet, upholstery, and other textiles.  In addition, the crew chief is responsible for knowing and adhering to the approved procedures used in cleaning, testing, and preventing damage to the items cleaned by Varney Clean Care.  They are to perform a very high quality job, quickly, and efficiently.  They are to make certain that the customers get the extremely high level of service that Varney Clean Care is famous for.  They are to respect our clients as the most important people in our business, and to make certain that as far as the associate is concerned, everything possible is done to further that ideal.  They are to act as an on-site manager for the assistant and to make certain that all procedures and systems are followed by the assistant as well as the crew chief.  The crew chief must maximize the profitability of the company by using effective sales techniques, and remembering that a persistent focus on sales is critical to our success.

Air Duct - The Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief's primarily responsible for the technical knowledge and the proper performance of the Air Duct cleaning services that Varney Clean Care provides to its customers.  The Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief is expected to quickly develop technical familiarity with the situations routinely encountered with Air Ducts and other similar HVAC systems.  In addition, The Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief is responsible for knowing and adhering to the approved procedures used in cleaning, testing, and preventing damage to the items cleaned by Varney Clean Care.  They are to perform a very high quality job, quickly and efficiently.  They are to make certain that the customers get the extremely high level of service that Varney Clean Care is famous for.  They are to respect our clients as the most important people in our business, and to make certain that as far as the Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief is concerned, everything possible is done to further that ideal.  They are to act as an on-site manager for the assistant and to make certain that all procedures and systems are followed correctly by the assistant as well as the Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief.  The Air Duct Cleaning Crew Chief must maximize the profitability of the company by using effective sales techniques, and remembering that a persistent focus on sales is critical to our success.

Assistant/General Labor - The primary purpose of the position of assistant/general labor is to provide assistance to the lead technicians and crew chiefs in the field.  In addition, assistants will be used extensively in the restoration division as contents cleaners, general labor, and other miscellaneous services as required.

Water Restoration - The Water Restoration Crew Chief is primarily responsible for the technical knowledge and the proper performance of the water restoration services that Varney Clean Care provides to its customers.  These services include functions associated with water damage services from containment to completion, using procedures described in the water damage restoration guidelines S-500-94.  The Water Restoration Crew Chief is expected to quickly develop technical familiarity with the situations routinely encountered while performing water restoration services.  In addition, the Water Restoration Crew Chief is responsible for knowing and adhering to the approved procedures used in restoration and preventing damage to items and structures cleaned by Varney Clean Care.  They are to perform a very high quality job, quickly and efficiently.   They are to make certain that the customers get the extremely high level of service that Varney Clean Care is famous for.  They are to respect our clients as the most important people in our business, and to make certain that as far as the Water Restoration Crew Chief is concerned, everything possible is done to further that ideal.  There is a certain amount of liability involved in performing restoration work.  If a restoration job is handled improperly, it can result in tremendous liability for the company.  For this reason it is absolutely vital that the water restoration crew chief follows approved procedures at all times during the performance of their duties at Varney Clean Care.  They are to act as an on-site manager for the assistant and to make certain that all appropriate procedures and systems are followed correctly by the assistant as well as the Water Restoration Crew Chief.
